About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MEP Design Head to lead the design, coordination, and quality assurance of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Building Services systems across large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MEP design management for multiple real estate projects
• Review and approve Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV designs
• Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes, ASHRAE standards, local authority regulations, and green building requirements
• Coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants, Project Teams, and External MEP Consultant
• Drive BIM-based design reviews, clash detection, value engineering, and design optimization
• Evaluate and approve technical submittals, material specifications, and vendor proposal
• Support statutory approvals, NOCs, utility approvals, and occupancy-related clearance
• Provide technical guidance during installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution
• Build and mentor an in-house MEP design team while establishing design standards and best practice

Qualification

• B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)

• Electrical Systems (HT/LT, Substations, DG, UPS, Power Distribution,
• BMS)HVAC Systems (Chillers, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, Ventilation & Smoke Management)
• Plumbing & Fire Fighting System
• Green Building & Energy-Efficient Design
• BIM, Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks
• Large Residential, Commercial, Township & Mixed-Use Developments

Preferred Skills

• Real Estate Developers, MEP Consultants, PMC, Infrastructure Projects
