About the Role
Curious Junior is seeking passionate and skilled Teaching Faculty to design engaging study content and conduct interactive online classes for Grades 18. In this role, you will create effective learning resources, deliver sessions aligned with school curriculum, prepare students for Olympiads, and enhance their problem-solving skills through Vedic Math tricks and Mental Math techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create PPTs and study content customized for different grade levels (18).
- Conduct regular live classes aligned with the school syllabus and curriculum completion.
- Prepare students for Olympiads and competitive assessments through structured practice.
- Introduce and teach Vedic Math techniques and Mental Math strategies to improve speed and accuracy.
- Adapt teaching methods based on grade level and learning needs.
- Maintain high levels of student engagement through interactive and creative teaching approaches.
- Track and share student progress and performance with parents and support teams.
- Collaborate with the academic and content development team to ensure high-quality lesson delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or related field (preferred).
- Prior teaching experience with Grades 18 (school/EdTech/tuition background preferred).
- Strong skills in creating PPTs and digital learning resources.
- Expertise in Vedic Mathematics, Mental Math, and problem-solving strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple classes and schedules effectively.
- Flexibility to work 6 days a week (including Sundays) with a roster-based holiday.
