About the Role:

As a Membership Sales Manager, you'll be the face of BFC in your city part matchmaker, part storyteller, part problem-solver.

You'll own the full lifecycle of a founder's journey with BFC from prospecting and onboarding to engagement and renewal.

This is an entrepreneurial role for someone who loves startups, people, and growth. You'll combine sales, community engagement, and member service into one high-impact position.

What You'll Do:

Sales Prospect, Engage, Acquire:

1. Identify and connect with founders who would benefit from the BFC network.

2. Drive outreach through referrals, events, LinkedIn, and partnerships.

3. Conduct discovery calls and convert prospects into community members.

4. Manage your pipeline and achieve monthly acquisition targets.

5. Collaborate with the core team to shape local growth initiatives.

Engagement Circles, Events, Content:

1. Build vibrant founder circles and WhatsApp groups for peer learning and collaboration.

2. Plan and host local events meetups, dinners, workshops, and panels.

3. Share insights, stories, and resources that keep the community alive and valuable.

4. Onboard new members smoothly and make them feel part of something meaningful.

5. Encourage participation and foster authentic connections among founders.

Service Queries, Support, Renewals:

1. Be the go-to person for member questions, introductions, and support.

2. Track memberships, ensure renewals, and handle queries efficiently.

3. Maintain strong relationships to ensure a high satisfaction and retention rate.

4. Collect feedback and work with the central team to improve the member experience.
