Our clinics are equipped with telemedicine facilities, Electronic Health Records (EHR), AI-powered diagnostics, digital testing equipment, and virtual consultation capabilities to ensure accessible, affordable, and quality healthcare.

Digital Doctor Clinic is operating under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Uttar Pradesh to establish Digital Doctor Clinics across rural villages. Our mission is to make qualified healthcare available to every citizen by enabling villagers to consult MBBS doctors from their own Gram Panchayats through digital healthcare technology.

About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and patient-focused Medical officer to provide online medical consultations through our telemedicine platform. The doctor will assess patients, diagnose common medical conditions, prescribe appropriate medications, and ensure high-quality clinical care while collaborating closely with pharmacists and the healthcare support team.

Key Responsiblities

·      Conduct online/video/audio consultations with patients.

·      Evaluate patient symptoms, medical history, and clinical information.

·      Diagnose common acute and chronic medical conditions.

·      Prescribe medications as per standard clinical guidelines and telemedicine regulations.

·      Provide treatment plans, lifestyle advice, and follow-up recommendations.

·      Coordinate with pharmacists to ensure accurate medication dispensing and resolve prescription-related queries.

·      Guide and assist pharmacists regarding prescriptions and medication management whenever required.

·      Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).

·      Escalate patients requiring emergency or specialist care.

·      Ensure compliance with medical ethics, patient confidentiality, and applicable telemedicine guidelines.

·      Deliver high-quality patient care with empathy and professionalism.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBBS graduates with a valid registration are encouraged to apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates with up to 1 year of clinical or teleconsultation experience will have an added advantage.
• MD candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

·       Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills.

·       Excellent communication and patient counselling abilities.

·       Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and electronic medical records.

·       Ability to make evidence-based clinical decisions.

·       Good teamwork and collaboration with pharmacists and healthcare staff.

·       Strong documentation and time management skills.

·       Basic computer proficiency.
