Medical Billing - Team Lead

Job Description:

• Lead and manage a team of AR Callers to ensure high performance.
• Handle and resolve escalations related to account receivables.
• Monitor team performance and provide necessary training and coaching.
• Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding claims and denials.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to optimize revenue cycle management.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and payer guidelines.
• Generate reports and analyze trends to improve collection efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of team handling experience in AR Calling.
• Designation: Team Lead / Sr. Team Lead.
• Work Location: Hyderabad, Salem, Chennai, Bengaluru.
• Shift Timings: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM (Night Shift).
