We are looking for a highly experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment and machinery in our facility. The ideal candidate should have 13-22 years of experience in the job market context of India.
Responsibilities
Performing preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues on equipment and machinery in a timely manner
Conducting regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them before they cause downtime
Collaborating with other maintenance and production team members to ensure that equipment is operating efficiently and effectively
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on equipment and machinery
Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure that equipment and machinery are properly maintained and repaired
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following company policies and procedures
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 13-22 years of experience in mechanical maintenance
Excellent knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
Experience with maintenance software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good organizational and time-management skills
Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergencies
