Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop electrical / mechanical system designs for building projects

• Participate in space planning and create both conceptual and detailed M&E service designs

• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and consultants to align project requirements

• Prepare tender documentation and design drawings

• Attend project and site coordination meetings

• Conduct routine site inspections to verify compliance with codes and project specifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical / mechanical engineering

• Years experience in M&E building services

• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Green Mark certification is a plus
