Mandatory Skills
- 34 years of hands-on experience in Design & Development of Plant Layouts, Special Purpose Machine (SPM) Design, and Material Handling Systems with complete project ownership.
- Proficiency in CAD & ERP/PDM tools: Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Vault, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Factory Design Utilities.
- Strong knowledge of various plant-related drawings (foundations, layouts, power distribution, ventilation, piping, platforms, equipment installation).
- Understanding of Machine Integration and Controls Engineering.
- Solid foundation in Machine Design, Material Selection, Manufacturing & Assembly processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CAN Plant Layout Design (2D & 3D), including necessary calculations and creation of supporting documents.
- Take complete ownership and accountability for assigned projects and ensure timely delivery with high quality.
- Conduct input data study and competitor analysis to develop project requirements.
- Prepare General Arrangement (GA) drawings for customer review.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with global teams, adhering to established design processes.
