- Perform post-processing and analysis of engine test bench data from multiple data sources (test cell, emissions measurement systems, combustion analysis systems)
- Create trend analyses, scatter plots, and cycle-based evaluations to identify anomalies and deviations
- Analyze functional engine data such as blow-by, oil consumption, and engine efficiency as well as emissions performance
- Develop, adapt, and maintain automated data processing scripts
- Combine and align multiple data sources and generate consolidated result summaries for engineering teams
- Support advanced analyses including combustion analysis and emissions evaluation
- Generate reports (FEValys, PDF) and support test engineers in interpreting results
- Develop and maintain tools and dashboards for data analysis, KPIs, and reporting (Python, Smartsheet, Power BI)
- Support operational metrics, capacity planning, and cost tracking activities
- Collaborate closely with Engine Test, Metrology, and Engineering teams
- Handle metrology workflows (Windchill requests, work order definition, measurement data collection and reporting)
- Process materials testing and production trial data using Excel, Origin and Python
- Collaborate across Engine Test, Metrology, and Materials teams
