Job Description:
Your role will be extremely important as you will be responsible for the end to end execution of trainings in Bangalore once the trainings are scheduled.
Able to Market Training Courses in Social Media
Handling students calls & Explain the course and training program
Plan the Trainings by Coordinating with Trainers & Students
Track all the trainings
Reporting and resolution of issues raised by trainers and students
Escalating the issues which can t be solved then and there
Prepare a report on trainers timings and platform issues
Conduct Assessments
Proven work experience in coordinating multiple trainings
Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
MS Office (Outlook, Work, Excel etc) proficiency
Strong communication skills
Map out training plans for individual students / working employees
Track and report on training outcomes
Provide feedback to program participants and management
Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology
Maintain employee training records
Handle logistics for training activities
