How You'll Spend Your Day

  • Receive, inspect, and record raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions, including temperature and environmental controls.
  • Prepare GRNs, handle discrepancies, and maintain inventory records in SAP.
  • Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and conduct physical inventory verification.
  • Manage storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
  • Implement FIFO and FEFO inventory practices.
  • Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Procurement teams.
  • Manage quarantine, approved, rejected, and returned materials as per SOPs.
  • Maintain warehouse documentation in compliance with GMP/GDP requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, company procedures, and HSE standards.
  • Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
  • Prepare stock reports, transaction records, and warehouse logs.
  • Monitor daily temperature and humidity records.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and good housekeeping practices.

Your Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of warehouse/store experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in SAP inventory management systems.
  • Good communication, coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.
