Job Description

  • Create, and manage automated marketing campaigns, including email blasts, lead nurturing, and events. (Refer to and update process docs as per requirement)
  • Execute A/B tests to optimize email and landing page performance.
  • Assist in reporting and analysis of campaign performance, conversion rates, and lead quality.
  • Create and maintain targeted customer segments for marketing communications.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and regulations, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
  • Build marketing automation workflows as per requirements
  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
  • Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
  • Investigate and resolve any technical issues related to the marketingautomation platform.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, with a focus on Marketo.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization.
  • Understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and their integration with marketing automation platforms.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of scoring and Attribution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a B2B or B2C environment is a plus
  • Bachelor s Degree in Business Communications or Business Technology; advanced degree
  • Email Marketing-related certifications
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce, and Demandbase
  • Prior experience working in a SaaS organization
  • Coding experience with any language preferably JavaScript
