Job Description
VOYE HOMES is looking for a
Marketing Specialist (Digital & AI) with experience in SEO, performance marketing, and AI tools.
This is a hands-on role focused on executing campaigns, optimizing performance, and improving traffic, leads, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Run digital marketing campaigns using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini)
- Work on SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies
- Optimize website content for search and AI visibility
- Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Perform A/B testing for ads and landing pages
- Track performance using GA4, Tag Manager, and Search Console
- Set up conversion and event tracking
- Analyze data to improve ROI and lead quality
- Work on CRO and lead generation workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of digital marketing experience
- Knowledge of SEO and performance marketing
- Familiarity with AI marketing tools
- Understanding of analytics and tracking tools
- Basic knowledge of CRO and funnels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
