Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager with 8-10 years of experience in the IT/Software Services sector to lead our marketing initiatives for the US market.
In this role, you will be creating high-impact messaging, managing lead generation ecosystems, and directly supporting sales through client-facing presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collateral Development: End-to-end creation of high-quality marketing assets, including sales decks, case studies, whitepapers, brochures, and product one-pagers.
- Market Growth Coordinate effectively with 3rd party lead generation vendors and agencies. Monitor their performance, ensure lead quality aligns with sales targets, and optimize ROI on external spend.
- LinkedIn & Social Promotion: Drive brand visibility and thought leadership on LinkedIn.
- SEO Guidance: Oversee and guide the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy.
- Client Presentations: actively participate in the sales cycle by making presentations to prospective clients.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from a reputed business school is mandatory.
- Experience: * 8-10 years of experience in B2B IT Sales/Marketing in US markets.
- Understanding of the US business culture, & B2B buyer journey.
- Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create presentations and messaging that sounds native to the US market.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation tools to create visually engaging and professional decks.
