About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Techno-Commercial Marketing Manager to lead our North India operations based out of Delhi. The role requires a professional with a strong technical background and proven business acumen to drive regional sales, manage key accounts, and oversee service operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the material handling or capital equipment industry, with the ability to build long-term client partnerships, deliver customized solutions, and achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales operations for the North India region from our Delhi office.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of Service Engineers across the northern states.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, including Hero, Maruti, Mahindra, Tata, Honda, and other major accounts.
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals/quotations aligned with customer requirements.
- Lead pricing and commercial negotiations, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company margins.
- Collaborate with technical and production teams for customization, timely execution, and after-sales support.
- Monitor service quality, delivery standards, and customer satisfaction levels across the region.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and emerging market trends.
- Represent the organization at industry exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
Candidate Profile
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical preferred). An MBA will be an added advantage.
- Experience: 1012 years in techno-commercial sales/marketing, preferably in material handling equipment, industrial machinery, or capital goods.
- Proven track record in sales leadership, account management, and commercial negotiations.
- Strong understanding of solution-based selling, costing, and pricing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at senior client levels.
- Team-oriented leader with the ability to mentor and motivate performance-driven teams.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and result-oriented professional.
Preferred Candidate
- Based in Delhi NCR or open to relocation.
- Flexible to travel across North India for business development and client relationship management.
