Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Bengaluru. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing campaigns, and overseeing content creation. Additionally, this role involves coordinating with the sales team, analyzing market trends, and managing the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources. The Marketing Manager will be expected to drive brand awareness and lead generation initiatives.

Qualifications

• MBA (Marketing) with 7-9 years of experience or Bachelor's Degree with more than 15 years of experience
• Experience in any Manufacturing organisation in the field of fire safety systems and hydrant systems.
• Experience in all Marketing Functions of Identify Opportunities, Interacting with Customers, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, Costing and Pricing, Techno-Commercial role
• Experience in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, and AS 9100 Systems related to Marketing functions
• Exceptional Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, PC Skills and Soft Skills
• Experience in Training and Development of Marketing and Sales Teams
