Skills & Responsibilities

  • Create and implement marketing plans that align with company goals, including brand positioning, target audience identification, and multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Optimize marketing performance using AI tools and ensure efficient budget allocation
  • Plan, manage, and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  • Lead initiatives related to branding and rebranding, including visual identity (logos, templates, signage), messaging (vision, mission), and ensuring consistent representation across all platforms.
  • Implement strategies to build brand visibility and recognition in the software industry, including thought leadership positioning and regular measurement through brand awareness surveys and sentiment analysis.
  • Design and run targeted campaigns across digital channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, webinars, events) to attract and convert qualified leads, contributing significantly to the sales pipeline.
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, and campaign ROI to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to guide marketing direction and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Build and manage the marketing team by hiring the right talent, assigning clear KPIs/KRAs, conducting regular reviews, and providing mentoring and training to ensure team growth and productivity.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer support teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with business objectives and drive tangible outcomes.
  • Collaborate with distributors and channel partners to increase brand reach and execute region-specific marketing strategies for greater market penetration.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
