Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Brand Management
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and product roadmaps.
- Manage brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity to maintain a consistent and premium market presence.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
Product Marketing
- Collaborate with product development teams to define target audiences, key features, and product value propositions.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including campaign planning, content creation, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate packaging design, in-store displays, and merchandising materials.
Digital & Content Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
- Manage content creation for digital platformswebsite, blogs, and product videosto drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and report on digital analytics to optimize campaign performance.
Trade & Retail Marketing
- Develop marketing programs to support retail partners, distributors, and trade shows.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, creative partners, and media vendors.
- Plan and execute events, product demos, and consumer activations.
Budget & Team Management
- Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small marketing team to ensure high performance and creativity.
Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 58 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer goods or home appliances.
- Proven success in brand management, product marketing, and digital strategy.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush) and design collaboration software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
