Job Objective:
The Marketing Manager Homecare will be responsible for driving end-to-end marketing initiatives across India for the organization's growing Homecare vertical The role involves developing brand visibility, creating marketing collaterals, driving lead generation, and supporting the digital and business teams to achieve business objectives of Homecare portfolio.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute pan-India marketing strategies for Homecare services (nursing, general assistants, physiotherapy, equipment rental & sales).
- Design and manage collaterals, brochures, leaflets, and branding materials in line with corporate brand guidelines.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns and on-ground activations to drive service visibility and awareness.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team for online campaigns, lead generation, SEO/SEM, and social media initiatives.
- Oversee regular updates, content enhancement, and optimization of the Homecare website to improve visibility and user experience.
- Drive data capture, inquiry generation, and customer conversion through targeted marketing programs.
- Manage agencies and vendors for creative, printing, events, and ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Clinical teams for campaign rollouts and internal communication.
- Track marketing performance, measure ROI, and present periodic reports to leadership.
- Lead community engagement and RWA activities to strengthen brand presence across regions.
- Responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive engagement for medical rooms of partner corporate and generate new business opportunities
Requirement:
- 6-7 years of experience in marketing and branding; experience in healthcare, homecare, or service-based industries preferred
- Graduate or posts-graduate in English, Journalism, Mass Communication from top colleges/universities.
- Other graduates/ post-graduates who have significant work experience in a Content Strategist role with reputed organizations
