Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives, drive lead generation, enhance brand visibility, and support business growth in domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and a strong understanding of marketing of online professional courses. The candidate will be responsible for driving growth in customer base of Punyam Academy online courses, E-books and documentation packages, developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, increase website traffic, improve conversion rates, and strengthen our global market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
• Execute digital campaigns targeting overseas customers, distributors, partners, and management system certification-related businesses.
• Research international market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Support business expansion initiatives in new geographic markets.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support revenue growth objectives.
• Track campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement using Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM tools, and other marketing platforms.
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to management.
• Manage SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Monitor website performance, traffic, conversions, and user engagement using analytics tools.
• Improve search engine rankings and organic visibility across key business offerings.
• Ensure timely execution of marketing projects and campaigns.

Education

• Any Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, International Business, or a related field.
• MBA in Marketing or International Business will be preferred.

Experience

• 5–7 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in marketing of online educational and training courses, or global business development is preferred.
• Experience in EdTech, training, certification, consulting, or professional services industries is desirable.
