We're an investor‑backed beauty & personal care company (GMP & ISO 22716 manufacturing). Looking for a data‑driven Marketing Manager to own Brand + Performance for D2C website, Amazon, Nykaa & other marketplaces, and paid channels (Meta, Google). Must have 8–12 years in personal care/FMCG, MBA from a top institute, experience managing 8+ people, and hands‑on experience with GA4, CRM tools, and marketplace/vendor teams.

Key must-haves:

MBA (Marketing) from Tier‑1; 8–12 yrs relevant experience

Owned D2C growth and 3rd‑party marketplace P&L (Amazon, Nykaa etc.)

Managed a team of 8+ marketers

Direct experience working with Amazon, Nykaa, Meta & Google account teams

Strong performance marketing (Meta/Google), CRM & analytics skills
