Job Description

Job Summary

The marketing manager will be responsible for planning and managing all marketing activities in the firm. He will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, its budget and executing the plan for the success of the organization.

He/she shall be diligent in delivering his duties in adherence to the companys policies and top management decision in time.

Key Responsible Area (KRAs): -

Evaluation of competitors marketing activities.

Creation of strategy and master plan to generate maximum sales and for brand building. Preparation of periodic marketing budget

Find out cost-effective ways of marketing.

Setting up offers, schemes and promotions.

Team management and performance of the team

To conduct the department meetings and direct team to achieve the goal

To coordinate training for the team to develop and polish their skills

Build vendor/service provider database and maintain good relationships between the parties involved

Successful execution of marketing strategies.

Ensure a good supply of marketing materials to the outlet.

To develop proper monitoring system to ensure the marketing activities are carried out properly in every outlet.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):-

Marketing plan effectiveness

Proper budgeting of each marketing strategies / campaign

Success rate of implemented strategies Sales / Footfall increase

Innovative plan and actions

Timely execution of marketing activities

Development of vendor/service provider database

Generation of reports

Duties and Responsibilities: -

Analyse market trends and prepare forecasts.

Plan and organize promotional & marketing activities

Develop marketing strategies suitable for each outlet.

Evaluate and optimize marketing strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Prepare budget for all marketing campaigns and present in HOD meetings

Seek approval from the managing director before implementation.

Coordinate and manage the marketing team and creative staff.

Increase brand awareness and market share through creative branding strategies. To develop marketing materials.

Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns & ensure that its execution is as planned. Make sure marketing efforts are carried out across all outlets.

To schedule announcement campaigns.

Route planning, vehicle planning, and manpower planning for announcement vehicles. Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies.

Content creation for visual, verbal, and print campaigns.

Communicate with outlet managers about marketing initiatives and activities. Find social media influencers, negotiate rates and associate with them.

To handle all social media platforms.

Create content for social media platforms.

Approve content created by designer / social media manager

Analyze data to evaluate the success of existing marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual reports to senior management.

Attend meetings as instructed by the management

Adhere to company policies and procedures
