THE OPPORTUNITY
We're hiring our first dedicated marketing leader. You won't inherit a playbook — you'll write it. You'll own PlayAll's entire demand engine: running and optimizing ad campaigns hands-on, designing on-ground activations, building CRM journeys, and delivering venue occupancy targets. You'll report directly to the Co-Founder, lead a team of two, and see the impact of your work in real-time — every filled venue, every sold-out event, every returning customer.
As we scale from 30 to 100+ centres over the next 3 years, this role grows into a full marketing leadership function with a larger team, expanded budget, and a seat at the strategy table.
