This is a paid, remote, full-time internship for young (at heart) marketers who are curious, organised, and eager to learn by doing.

We're looking for a Marketing Intern to support day-to-day operations across campaigns, social media, internal workflows, and research. You'll work closely with the marketing leadership, and get a front-row seat to Marketing at ExCo.
The Work
You'll touch many parts of our marketing machinesome of it creative, some operational, all of it essential. Here's what that could look like:
Marketing Operations
- Track key tasks, update sheets and trackers, and keep project timelines honest.
Social Media Execution
- Assist with scheduling, posting and tracking across Social Media.
Performance & Experiment Tracking
- Help log marketing experiments and learnings. Monitor marketing metrics, and spot what's working (and what's not).
Social Listening & Community Management
- Check DMs, comments, tags, and mentions on social media with our 250k+ community and on WhatsApp with our invite-only community of 5000+ founders, creators and artists. Help us talk in a way that's on-tone and human.
Market Research
- Study interesting campaigns, category trends, and brand moves.
Influencer-facing Marketing support
- Support the team in marketing our Influencer-led travel on the ExCo app.
Internal Meeting Support
- Capture notes during team huddles, structure them for async execution, and help follow through on next steps.

Team & Growth:
You'll work directly with the Marketing Core at ExCo.
If we love working together, we'll convert this into a full-time role within 4 months.
