Marketing Intern Offline Marketing

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to support our offline marketing and brand
activation efforts. The ideal candidate should have a creative mindset, basic photography skills,
and a strong interest in brand communication. This role involves hands-on execution, field
coordination, and assisting in end-to-end marketing initiatives across retail stores and on-ground
campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Offline Marketing & Execution
Support the execution of offline marketing activities including in-store promotions,
events, brand activations, and sampling initiatives.
Ensure brand visibility and consistency across all offline touchpoints such as retail
stores, standees, banners, merchandise, and printed assets.
Conduct regular store visits for audits, brand placement checks, and content capture.
Content Creation & Photography
Capture photos/videos of products, stores, and marketing activities for internal and
external communication.
Assist in basic editing of creatives using tools like Canva, Lightroom, CapCut, or similar.
Support the marketing team in generating creative ideas for campaigns and store-level
engagements.
Coordination & Operations
Coordinate with internal teams, retail staff, and external vendors for printing, branding
materials, and event setups.
Track inventory of marketing materials and assist in timely replenishment.
Maintain documentation and support the team in preparing marketing reports and
insights.
Requirements
Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in marketing, Media, Communications, or
related field.
Basic knowledge of photography and content editing is preferred.
Strong creative thinking and willingness to learn.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable with fieldwork, store visits, and on-ground execution.
