Marketing Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team. This role offers hands-on experience in lead research, campaign support, and case study development, working closely with marketing tools and campaign data. It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build practical skills in marketing and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Use Apollo.io (or similar tools) for data extraction, lead research, and database building
• Support the team in creating campaign case studies and brand work summaries
• Maintain organized, up-to-date sheets for leads, outreach lists, and campaign references
• Conduct basic research on brands, industries, and competitors as needed
• Assist with email marketing and outreach campaign execution

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Apollo.io or similar lead generation/data extraction tools
• Understanding of email marketing and outreach campaign fundamentals
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clean, well-structured case studies and presentations
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data organization
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (adjust as needed)
