About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, highly organized marketing intern to own the day-to-day execution of Draconic's social media and content operations. You'll be the operational backbone - keeping our marketing calendar on track, coordinating with internal teams and agency partners, and ensuring content goes live when it should, where it should.
What You'll Do
1. Own the marketing calendar
Maintain the content calendar, track deliverables across teams, run weekly stand-ups, and keep stakeholders and agency partners unblocked.
2. Manage social media posting & engagement
Plan, schedule, and publish content across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Reddit. Monitor trending topics, conversations, and engagement opportunities (comments, threads, AMAs, subreddit outreach).
3. Track competitive & industry trends
Keep tabs on what competitors and industry leaders are posting, what's trending in fintech/AI/trading, and surface insights to inform our content strategy.
4. Coordinate content with internal teams
Work with product, partnerships, and leadership to gather inputs, coordinate approvals, and ensure timely publishing of campaigns and announcements.
5. Execute campaigns (organic & paid)
Handle briefs, targeting parameters, budgets, launches, and daily optimizations for campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.
6. Content ops & quality control
Draft posts and captions, maintain an organized asset library, ensure UTM hygiene, and coordinate approvals to keep content flowing smoothly.
7. Agency & vendor coordination
Manage timelines, briefs, deliverables, and QA with our design, performance marketing, and PR partners.
8. Reporting & optimization
Pull weekly dashboards tracking reach, engagement, CTR, and campaign performance. Identify learnings and propose next experiments.
