Details:

  • Internship period - 6 months
  • Working hours: 9-6 PM and 10-7 PM
  • Working days: Monday to Friday (Weekends are off)
  • Salary range: 10,000-16,000/ per month

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing lead generation campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, landing pages, webinars).
  • Support creation of marketing content such as posts, emails, and basic creatives using tools like Canva.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and new lead opportunities.
  • Help manage and update CRM data to ensure lead accuracy and tracking.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign execution and follow-ups.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare weekly reports.
  • Assist in organizing webinars, events, and partnerships for inbound lead generation.
  • Support marketing automation taskslanding page setup, form integrations, lead routing, drip campaigns (training will be provided).
  • Perform daily administrative tasks related to marketing operations.

Requirements:

Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods

Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices

Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)

Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)

Excellent communication and people skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Creativity and commercial awareness

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (email marketing, social media, content marketing).
  • Strong communication and research skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Sheets, HubSpot/Zoho CRM (good to have).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
