Brand Management & Promotion

oDeveloping and executing marketing plans for assigned product categories.

oSocial Media and Digital Marketing Campaigns to develop impactful results.

Market Research & Analysis

oConduct regular market research to identify consumer needs

o Emerging trends, and Competitor activities.

oProvide insights and recommendations to guide brand and product strategies.

Sales & Trade Marketing Support

oCollaborate with sales teams to ensure consistent brand presence across channels i.e., modern trade, general trade, e-commerce.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

oManage brand presence on digital platforms including social media, e-commerce listings, and influencer campaigns.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

oTrack key marketing KPIs (brand awareness, market share, sales uplift from promotions).

oPrepare periodic reports and presentations for management review.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or in any Discipline

3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, in FMCG/Chemical or consumer products marketing.

Strong understanding of consumer behavior, branding, and trade marketing.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and Interpersonal skills.
