About the Role
Envertiz Consultancy is looking for energetic, driven, and customer-focused Marketing Executives for our client's International Voice Process. The role involves connecting with international customers, presenting products/services, and achieving sales conversions through strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to international prospects to promote and sell company products/services.
- Understand customer requirements, address concerns, and close sales effectively.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads through calls and emails to maximize conversions.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive improved conversions and customer retention strategies.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken English with a clear and confident tone.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Prior experience in BPO, telecalling, telesales, or international voice processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Graduate or HSC with relevant experience in voice-based sales roles.
- Experience in international B2B or B2C calling is highly preferred.
