Established in *2012*, SMRTS Sunshine Education Academy Pvt. Ltd. is a leading education company working with hundreds of schools across Tamil Nadu through Olympiads, Robotics, STEM, Vedic Maths, Abacus, and Academic Enrichment Programs. We are expanding our Sunshine International Olympiad (SIO) team and are looking for energetic professionals passionate about school outreach and educational sales.

Job Responsibilities
* Promote **Sunshine International Olympiad (SIO)** to schools across Chennai and nearby regions.
* Meet Principals, Correspondents, Academic Coordinators, and School Management.
* Generate new school partnerships and increase participation in the Olympiad.
* Conduct presentations and explain the benefits of SIO to school authorities.
* Achieve monthly enrolment and business development targets.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with schools.
Eligibility
* Graduate in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in Education Marketing, Institutional Sales, or School Outreach.
* Experience in **EdTech, Olympiads, Educational Publishing, School Programs, or Training Institutes will be preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English
* Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel.
