Marketing Automation Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Automation Manager located in South Delhi. The Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for overseeing Email and WhatsApp marketing automation processes, managing CRM leads and marketing campaigns, conducting marketing analytics, and generating leads and applications. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Marketing Automation and Marketing Operations
• Must have AiSensy and Mailchimp or other tools expertise
• Should have 2-3 Years of Experience in Email and WhatsApp Campaign Management
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as LeadSquared and data analysis tools is advantageous
