Job Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Automation & Digital Campaign Specialist with 34 years of experience to support our lead generation, automation workflows, and U.S.-focused B2B campaigns. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and solid exposure to digital campaigns, email automation, and Salesforce CRM in IT Services or BPO environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pardot Automation, Campaign Execution & Salesforce Funnel Coordination
- Build and manage email campaigns, nurture journeys, landing pages, and forms in Pardot (MCAE).
- Handle segmentation, dynamic lists, scoring, grading, and automated workflows for targeted outreach.
- Ensure end-to-end lead lifecycle hygiene, including enrichment, routing, and campaign attribution in Salesforce CRM.
- Work closely with sales teams to optimize lead flow, assignment logic, lifecycle visibility, and report on funnel performance.
2. Digital Marketing, Paid Campaign Support & Web/SEO Alignment
- Support planning and execution of paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and retargeting channels targeting U.S. markets.
- Create and optimize campaign assets, including landing pages, A/B tests, and audience segments in alignment with nurture programs.
- Collaborate with SEO and content teams to ensure keyword-aligned, conversion-optimized landing pages and campaign messaging.
- Use analytics tools, heatmaps, and basic CRO techniques to enhance page performance and campaign outcomes.
3. ABM Programs, Lead Engagement & Reporting Insights
- Support account-based initiatives through personalized nurture programs, segmented outreach, and B2B persona targeting.
- Leverage tools like Clearbit, Leadfeeder, Albacross to identify high-intent accounts and inform outbound efforts.
- Track campaign and funnel performance using Pardot reports, Salesforce dashboards, GA4, and Excel.
- Deliver insights on MQL quality, engagement, and ROI to continuously improve automation and campaign efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
- 34 years of B2B marketing experience, including hands-on work in Pardot/MCAE.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, lead routing, funnel tracking, and campaign reporting.
- Exposure to paid campaign execution (Google Ads, LinkedIn) and U.S. market personas.
- Strong understanding of email marketing, nurture flows, segmentation, scoring, and automation logic.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in dashboards, reporting, and optimization.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT Services, BPO, or SaaS marketing.
- Familiarity with CIO/CTO/IT buyer personas and B2B buying cycles.
- Working knowledge of WordPress, basic SEO, and landing page optimization.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
