Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Associate at LetsFAME in Chennai. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for day-to-day marketing tasks, including market research, sales support, project management, and communication. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging marketing strategies to increase user retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retention marketing strategies to drive user engagement, reduce churn, and increase user lifetime value.
- Analyze user data and behavior to identify opportunities for improving retention rates and enhancing the user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and customer support, to develop and execute integrated campaigns and initiatives.
- Create personalized and targeted email marketing campaigns, in-app messaging, and push notifications to re-engage users and encourage continued usage of the LetsFAME app.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics, such as retention rate, churn rate, and user engagement metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of different retention marketing tactics and optimize campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in retention marketing and user lifecycle management to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field with a focus on retention marketing, user engagement and campaigns.
- Knowledge of the film, media, and entertainment industry is a plus
- Experience with email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and user segmentation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and messaging.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a user-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
