Job Summary:
Nextyn is seeking a skilled and experienced Market Research Consultant specializing in surveys to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of survey design, data collection, and analysis to deliver actionable insights for our clients. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, designing and implementing effective survey strategies, and translating data into meaningful recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation:
- Engage with clients to understand their market research needs and objectives.
- Develop customized survey strategies tailored to client requirements.
- Present research proposals and project plans to clients.
Survey Design and Development:
- Design comprehensive surveys, including questionnaire development and sampling methodologies.
- Ensure surveys are designed to capture accurate and relevant data.
- Utilize various survey tools and platforms to create and distribute surveys.
- Data Collection and Analysis:
- Oversee the data collection process, ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Analyse survey data using statistical tools and software.
- Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Reporting and Presentation:
- Develop clear and concise reports summarizing research findings.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients professionally and articulately.
- Provide actionable insights to support client decision-making processes.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest market research methodologies and technologies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance survey processes and improve data quality.
- Share best practices and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Sociology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of Proven experience in market research, specifically in survey design and analysis.
- Proficiency in survey tools such as SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
