MARINE TECHNICIAN

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of marine maintenance experience.
• Experience with gasoline and electric marine vessels.
• Experience with jet skis, e-foils, Seabobs, electric surfboards, and watersports equipment.

Required Qualifications

• Marine technical certifications preferred.
• Electrical and battery system certifications are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all marine and watersports assets.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, propulsion, steering, fuel, hydraulic, and battery systems.
• Maintain electric propulsion systems, lithium-ion batteries, chargers, and battery management systems (BMS).
• Conduct inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and sea trials.
• Complete maintenance reports and update asset records.
• Manage spare parts usage and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for warranty claims and repairs.
