JobSummary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and management, with a proven track record of overseeing accounting operations and delivering exceptional client service.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GST and TDS.
• Maintain knowledge of accounting standards such as IGAAP, IND-AS, IFRS, or US GAAP.
• Lead accounting projects to successful completion.

Qualifications:

• CA or equivalent preferred; CA Inter may also beconsidered.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting/finance.
• Strong communication skills; proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles and regulations.

Salary:

• 6+ Years CA Qualified M1- 13.80 LPA to 14.60 LPA
• 7+ Years CA Qualified M2- 15.50 LPA to 16.40 LPA
• 8+ Years CA Qualified M3- 17.25 LPA to 17.80 LPA
