JobSummary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and management, with a proven track record of overseeing accounting operations and delivering exceptional client service.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GST and TDS.
- Maintain knowledge of accounting standards such as IGAAP, IND-AS, IFRS, or US GAAP.
- Lead accounting projects to successful completion.
Qualifications:
- CA or equivalent preferred; CA Inter may also beconsidered.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting/finance.
- Strong communication skills; proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles and regulations.

Salary:
- 6+ Years CA Qualified M1- 13.80 LPA to 14.60 LPA
