Job Description

Position Summary:

Someone who needs to demonstrate leadership ability to drive and manage the delivery of IT engineering programs in various areas such as application development, digital workspace, data warehousing etc. Someone with high degree of understanding on various project methodologies, who has knowledge on agile framework. Someone who is open to learn and adopt knowledge on different technologies and is flexible to support any time zone.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deep dive with the engineering team and business to capture detailed requirement
  • Through working sessions with engineering to analyze the requirement and determine solution approach
  • Prepare resource plan & implementation timeline
  • Secure project funding and resources
  • Prepare detailed implementation plan
  • Prepare required artifacts and document
  • Prepare and manage communication plan
  • Drive implementations
  • Drive pre-production testing
  • Manage IT service management procedure
  • Secure signoffs
  • Managing delivery in Agile environment is a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in IT domains
  • Agile methodologies
  • Excellent in Communication skills
  • IT Service management processes
  • MS AzDo knowledge
  • SAFe/Agile knowledge/certification is a plus
  • Flexible to work in any shift
