Responsibilities
- Spearhead employer branding initiatives to position the organisation as a preferred healthcare employer.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies, policies, and processes to attract nursing, pharmacy, and allied health talent.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify workforce needs and strengthen talent pipelines.
- Explore and launch innovative recruitment initiatives to expand and diversify talent sourcing channels.
- Analyse recruitment performance metrics and present regular insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
Requirements
- Recognised degree in any discipline.
- At least 6 years of Human Resources experience.
- Prior experience in healthcare talent acquisition is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in recruitment strategy development and talent acquisition management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in data analysis and recruitment reporting.
