About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vertical Manager – STEM & Robotics to lead the growth, development, implementation, and management of STEM education solutions across schools, institutions, and government projects. The role requires a strategic blend of program management, product development, solutioning, technology integration, OEM relationship management, and business leadership.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the STEM & Robotics vertical by developing innovative educational solutions, managing end-to-end program execution, building strong partnerships with OEMs and technology providers, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to revenue growth. The candidate will work closely with curriculum teams, sales, operations, technology partners, and government stakeholders to deliver impactful STEM learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Development & Solutioning

  • Lead the development and enhancement of STEM, Robotics, AI, IoT, Coding, Maker Space, and Innovation Lab solutions.
  • Design end-to-end STEM offerings for K-12 schools, higher education institutions, and government projects.
  • Develop product roadmaps, solution frameworks, and implementation strategies for the STEM vertical.
  • Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability within the education ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with curriculum, operations, and sales teams to align products with customer requirements and market needs.
  • Support solution design for RFPs, tenders, and large-scale education projects.

2. Product Integration & Technology Management

  • Manage integration of third-party hardware, software, and educational technologies into STEM solutions.
  • Ensure seamless deployment, scalability, and compatibility of STEM products across multiple educational environments.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for testing, validation, deployment, and continuous improvement of products.
  • Monitor product performance and implement enhancements based on user feedback and market trends.

3. Program & Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end execution of STEM education programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure successful implementation of STEM Labs, Robotics Labs, AI, Coding, IoT, and Innovation-based learning programs.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement SOPs and best practices for efficient project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and project milestones.

4. OEM & Partner Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs, technology vendors, and ecosystem partners.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new technology partners to strengthen the STEM portfolio.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, product specifications, pricing, and support commitments.
  • Coordinate with OEMs for product certifications, technical support, training, and updates.
  • Drive partner engagement to ensure successful implementation and long-term collaboration.

5. Team Leadership & Resource Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of trainers, coordinators, project managers, and field executives.
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and capability-building programs.
  • Ensure effective manpower planning, resource allocation, and deployment across projects.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

6. Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, government authorities, and strategic partners.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for operational and project-related concerns.
  • Conduct periodic review meetings with stakeholders and present progress reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Academics, Marketing, Operations, and Project Management.

7. Business Growth & Strategy

  • Drive business expansion initiatives within the STEM & Robotics vertical.
  • Identify opportunities for new products, services, partnerships, and market segments.
  • Support business development teams with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements to drive innovation and growth.
  • Contribute to revenue generation and profitability targets of the vertical.

8. Quality Assurance & Learning Outcomes

  • Ensure high-quality delivery of STEM curriculum and educational solutions.
  • Monitor program effectiveness through audits, feedback mechanisms, and performance evaluations.
  • Measure student engagement, learning outcomes, and utilization metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights.

9. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, project status reports, and management presentations.
  • Track KPIs related to project delivery, product performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Present periodic updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, Computer Science, Education, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in EdTech, STEM Education, Robotics, Product Management, Program Management, Solution Design, or Technology Integration.
  • Experience managing large-scale STEM, Robotics, Coding, AI, IoT, or Innovation Lab projects.
  • Proven experience in OEM management, technology partnerships, and solution development.
  • Strong understanding of the K-12 education ecosystem and STEM learning methodologies.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in STEM Labs, Robotics, AI/ML, IoT, Coding Platforms, Maker Spaces, or Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL).
  • Exposure to Government Education Projects, Smart Classroom Projects, and Public Sector Engagements.
  • Knowledge of NEP 2020, Experiential Learning, and Modern STEM Education Frameworks.
  • Experience working with educational technology OEMs and global STEM solution providers.
