Purpose of the position
a. To drive the set up on new showrooms while adhering to the defined timelines and infra guidelines. To ensure that existing showrooms are adhering to the infra and VM guidelines defined by the Central VM team.
b. Absence of a dedicated field team to drive and oversee the set up new showrooms, leading to inferior quality, inconsistency of showroom infra, and delay in outlet onboarding
Dimensions of the position
The role holder is responsible for the set up of new TML dealer outlets as well as ensuring that the existing outlets are in adherence to the guidelines for infra and visual merchandizing
Personal Profile
Education

  • Master in design - Interiors / Fashion
    Skills
  • Proven experience in customer facing showroom infra design and visual merchandizing, evidenced through track record or references
  • Proven experience in Project management of infra projects
  • Strong knowledge of marketing, branding, especially point-of-sales marketing
  • Proven experience in program managing infra development projects
  • Strong Oral & written communication with fluency in English language
  • Strong knowledge of Automobile sales processes
  • Experience of managing teams and working with diverse stakeholders
    Relevant Experience :
    Prior experience of 10+ years (total) with experience in Marketing and at least 2-3 years experience in showroom design and showroom set up for a customer facing business

    Key Responsibilities :
    1 Outlet setup and approval:

  • Monitor the progress of outlet development as per the timelines and resolve bottlenecks faced through liaising with vendor, dealership, and TML teams
  • Confirm the completion of outlet set up and hand over to the Central Store Setup team for approval of readiness
  • % of stores ready within defined timeline
    2 Staff grooming guidelines and hospitality SOPs
  • Verify the adherence to staff uniform and grooming guidelines at store level through periodic checks and audits
  • Customer feedback (SSI, NPS scores)
  • Mystery audit scores
    3 Audit of showroom and workshop infra
  • Conduct periodic (quarterly) audits of showroom and workshop to verify whether the infra guidelines are being met
  • Conduct review with dealers non-compliant on infra guidelines, and design course correction plan
  • Present audit findings to leadership as well as Sales & After Sales functions
