Job Description

Employer Branding and Networking External and Internal
Assist in communicating and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Compile and disseminate communication, presentations, and reports from the Executive Director's office.
Collaborate with relevant media and industry publications to secure coverage through articles, interviews, and news stories, thereby amplifying brand visibility and showcasing thought leadership.
Recognize potential external partnership opportunities, cultivate connections with industry partners and stakeholders to strengthen collaborative and networking prospects.
Integrate HR and Marketing perspectives into branding.
Facilitate emergence of new content in the websites that reflect culture and strategies.

Culture Custodian & Insight Generation
Identify and raise potential issues and challenges to the attention of the Executive Director's office and the Management Committee in a proactive manner to ensure timely resolution.
Provide insights and recommendations through research, data analysis, and information gathering to support the Executive Director's office and Management Committee in their decision-making.
Socialise mission and values with various teams across programs and events.
Anchor POSH and gender sensitisation programs.
Be a voice and mirror to aspired culture.
Support in preparing charts and HR presentations.
OD & L&D Development
Support the Executive Director's office in evaluating and analyzing organizational performance by arranging monthly reviews to track the KPIs of different functional heads.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication and ensure efficient flow of information between all levels of the association on a wide spectrum of plans and priorities.
Set up meetings, one-on-ones and follow up conversations with senior leadership.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders, including team members, clients, partners, and external contacts.
Coordinate with external consultants for Organizational strategy and planning.
Conduct Training Needs Assessments.
Prepare training calendars.
Select, coordinate, establish and track deliverables with training facilitators.
Execute and deliver trainings for specific bands in the organization.
Follow-up and implement programs end-to-end.
Payroll Management
Manage and process payrolls.
Manage performance management systems (PMS).
Be the HRBP SPOC for all salary and performance incentive co-ordinations.
Follow-up with outsourced vendor partners.
Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A)
