Job Description: Manager/Senior Manager - External Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard external manufacturing partners for sepciality chemicals - Halogen, Pyrazole & Pyridine.
- Manage outsourcing of production and ensure quality, compliance, and timelines.
- Scout and establish tie-ups with reliable factories/vendors.
- Oversee complete external manufacturing processes at partner facilities.
- Drive cost efficiency, operational excellence, and smooth coordination between internal and external teams.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant years of experience in external/contract manufacturing in speciality chemicals(Halogen, Pyrazole & Pyridine)
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, compliance, and vendor management.
- Excellent negotiation, coordination, and project management skills.
