Manager / Senior Manager-Budgeting & Estimation

Project Planning & Coordination:

• Lead project planning activities ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including project managers, finance teams, and contractors to ensure seamless coordination

Cost Estimation & Budgeting:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for real estate and infrastructure projects
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and contract terms

Cost Control & Feasibility Analysis:

• Monitor project costs and implement effective cost control measures to avoid overruns
• Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis to support decision-making and optimize resource allocation

Contract Compliance:

• Ensure that all budgeting and estimation activities comply with contractual obligations and company policies
• Review contract terms and conditions related to costs and budgets to mitigate risks

Reporting & Documentation:

• Provide timely and comprehensive reports on budgeting, estimation, and cost control to senior management
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and internal reviews
