Manager/ Senior Manager- Audit

1. Candidate should be familiar with financial/systems/processes audits.
2. Candidate should be either Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant
3. Candidate should have worked as an Internal Auditor for a few years.
4. Good communication skills, presentable, smart
5. Perform audit testing components of assigned audits within multiple segments of the Audit Plan
6. Writing and producing presentations, articles, press releases and social media posts.
7. Plan and execute independent audit testing and ensure that they are timely and accurate.
8. Identify and assess key risks and controls.
9. Identify and develop compensating controls that mitigate audit findings and make recommendations to management.
10. Inform manager of situational issues that might compromise objectivity or independence.
11. Design and execute tests to verify control effectiveness.
12. Document work papers according to the standards of the Internal Audit policy and guidance
13. Demonstrate professional scepticism while performing major components of audits.
14. Lead smaller scale audits or projects.
15. Develop ways to improve existing audit practices.
16. Develop effective test plans for engagements as assigned with limited guidance.
17. Participate in projects as directed.
18. Develop business partnerships within Internal Audit and with teams companywide through professional communication and clear audit deliverables.

Required Experience

1. 2+ years of Audit, Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

1. CA, CIA, Risk management related qualifications
