Own, plan, track and deliver one or more medium-large scale customer projects
- Own project scope, client objectives, staffing, resources and deliverables
- Own project profitability, revenue realization
- Identify program risks, develop and execute risk mitigation and change management plans
- Own and execute plan with internal stake holders and customer stake holders
- Exceed customer expectations and demonstrate value creation in the engagements
- Define and execute improvement measures and initiatives
- Define and execute competency and skill development for the team.
- Working with Business leaders to define account farming and growth strategy.
- The candidates should have
- Understanding of Cyber Security operations
- Experience in managing large scale 24X7 Cyber Security services projects with significant client interactions
- Experience working with Clients in one or more of USA/Europe/MEA
- 10+ years of experience in Delivery management
- Strong understanding of network technologies
- Hands on experience in project/program planning tools
- Knowledge and hand-on experience in project and risk management processes
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Effective inter-personal skills for managing and collaborating with multi-national customers and internal team.
