Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead sales operations for Vidarbha region, based out of Nagpur. The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening distribution networks, managing sales teams, and expanding market presence across the state.
Experience Required:
8–12 Years
Qualification:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce or related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive overall sales performance and achieve revenue targets for the Vidarbha region
- Manage and lead a team of Sales Managers, ASMs, and frontline sales executives
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Expand and strengthen distributor, dealer, and retail network across the state
- Identify and develop new markets, especially in underpenetrated/weak areas
- Monitor secondary sales, ensure stock availability, and improve market coverage
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders
- Ensure timely collections, credit control, and coordination with finance team
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic inputs
- Plan and execute local marketing activities, branding initiatives, and schemes
- Ensure effective product placement and visibility across retail outlets
- Monitor team performance, set targets, and drive productivity improvements
- Ensure achievement of gross margin targets as per company guidelines
- Prepare and review sales forecasts, reports, and business plans
