We are seeking an experienced and dynamic candidate to work with our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for sales closures, revenue generation, end to end sales, client meetings, leads generation, client site visit and managing the day-to-day operations of the sales department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Real Estate Sales, Strong selling skills, and the ability to generate revenue and inspire other team members as well to achieve targets and exceed expectations.

Job Location:Sector 90- Noida, Mohali (Punjab), Mumbai (Kurla).

Job Description:

  1. Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
  2. Leads Generation and Calling to Client. Schedule & conduct daily/weekly sales meetings.
  3. Achieve targeted sales closures and generate customer walk-ins (Site Visit or Office Visit) from the leads assigned
  4. Set sales & revenue targets for self and do motivate for achievement of set things.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.
  7. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  8. Prepare and present regular sales reports and provide forecasts to the management.
  9. Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
  10. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market. Aggressively achieving the sales & revenue target as well.
  11. Building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience.
  3. Strong selling and convincing skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  6. Knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
  7. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Should be a Go Getter, Team Player and Target Oriented.
