Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Manager (Real Estate Sales) at First Door Realty LLP. The Manager will oversee daily operations related to property management, lease administration, and commercial real estate transactions. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, conducting market analysis, coordinating property activities, and executing sales strategies to meet targets. The Manager will work closely with other real estate professionals to facilitate seamless transactions and support clients throughout the buying or leasing process.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Sales Real Estate products
  • Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate transactions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge of local real estate market in Noida is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
