Job Description

Key responsibilities .Develop and implement real estate strategies to support the company's supply chain objectives, including optimizing facility locations and maximizing operational efficiency.
.Identify and evaluate potential real estate opportunities, including warehouses, distribution centre's, and transportation hubs, aligned with the company's growth plans and operational needs.
.Negotiate lease agreements, purchase contracts, and other real estate transactions, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that meet the company's financial and operational requirements.
.Oversee the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of real estate assets, managing relationships with landlords, property managers, and other stakeholders.
.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess facility requirements and design optimal layouts for warehouses and distribution centers, considering factors such as space utilization, accessibility, and regulatory compliance.
.Monitor market trends and property values to inform real estate decisions, identifying cost-saving opportunities and potential risks.
.Develop and maintain budgets for real estate-related expenses, including rent, utilities, maintenance, and property taxes, ensuring alignment with overall financial goals.
.Implement sustainable practices and energy-efficient solutions to reduce the environmental impact of real estate operations and enhance corporate social responsibility.
.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and zoning regulations related to real estate and land use, mitigating legal and regulatory risks.
.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including supply chain, operations, finance, and legal teams, to align real estate strategies with business objectives and support overall company growth
.Manage relationships with landlords, property managers, and other real estate stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of facilities.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
.Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
.Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate management, with a focus on logistics and supply chain facilities
.Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
.Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulatory requirements, with experience working in multiple geographic regions
.Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to evaluate investment opportunities and assess risk
.Vendor Management and Negotiation Skills
.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
.Strong networker, influencer, and team player
